We at 2littlegirls.co.za want our children to read top quality, exciting and stimulating books to encourage a love of reading. We do not believe in enticing you to join our book club with freebies, and then to send you sub-standard books. Our books speak for themselves, and if you are interested in quality books for your children, then we guarantee that our book club is the one for you!
Not necessarily. We may choose different books to send out to your child, but they will be of the same quality and from the same wide range of publishers.
Your child will be sent books from the treasuries of beloved stories to today's most exciting new choices. We evaluate every book before we send it out, so you can count on receiving only the best books. We will send a selection of story books, picture books, non-fiction books and for babies, we will ensure that we send (amongst others), a selection of touchy-feely books, puzzle books, picture books and counting books. We do not send out religious books for obvious reasons.
The books will be sent by the 5th day of the month following your payment. We will send the parcel, addressed to your child, through the South African Postal Service with the ‘track and trace’ option to ensure it’s safe arrival. If your child’s books have not arrived by the 20th of that month, please email us and we will trace it for you.
If we are unable to track your parcel and it becomes clear that it has been lost or stolen, we will replace the books immediately.
If you wish to cancel your membership, just send us an email and we will cancel your direct debit immediately and will notify you by email as soon as this has been done.

We will charge your credit or debit card on the last working day of each month.
At 2littlegirls.co.za, customer satisfaction is our top priority. For this reason, we guarantee that you will only receive books from the best publishers from around the world. If you are not completely satisfied with any book, you may return it to us in its original condition for a replacement which will be sent out as soon as we receive the book from you. Books must be returned to us undamaged and in the original packaging within 14 calendar days of receipt. Unfortunately, we cannot refund postage costs and please be sure to include the invoice with the books you are returning.

2littlegirls recommends that you use one of the following options when returning books to us;
- Speed Services Couriers (South African Postal Services) as it offers shipment tracking through a 24 hours customer helpline.
- Ordinary Post - please ask for the ‘track and trace’ option when sending the book to us through ordinary post. This service is free and your parcel can be tracked at www.sapo.co.za.
Should you choose to use a carrier that does not offer a tracking facility and the goods are lost, then no exchange will be considered.
