Which Delivery Service do you use?

We use nationally recognized parcel delivery services for all orders, so you can be assured of a reliable and fast service.

Does the cost of postage and packaging depend on the number of books that I order?

No. You will only pay one postage and packaging cost on each order, regardless of how many books you order. The order will be delivered to one address.

Will I be able to track my order?

Not unless the parcel does not arrive on time.  We are able to track each parcel sent out and will only look into this if you contact us and advise us that the parcel has not arrived. Please check our delivery times before you cantact us to ensure that the parcel is late.  If we think that the delivery will de delayed for any reason, we will contact you and let you know in advance.

How do your delivery times work?

All of our delivery times are based on the number of working days (Monday to Friday) you should expect to receive your delivery by. Delivery times may vary during our busiest trading periods.

Are there any delivery restrictions?

We are currently unable to offer delivery to PO Box numbers.

Can you deliver overseas?

For orders placed outside of South Africa, we are unable to provide a Delivery price. Please email us at with details of the books that you wish to purchase and your full delivery address (including Country). We will then contact our Courier for a delivery cost and estimate delivery time and email an invoice to you. Payment must be made either by Bank Deposit or Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) directly into our Bank account within 5 working days. Once payment is reflected in our bank account, we will dispatch the Order. IF payment is not received within 7 days, the order will unfortunately have to be cancelled.
